Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations will not be honored after 48 hours from the date your product was purchased.
Due to the custom nature of our items, products are not returnable.
Warranty
There is limited warranty for these items of 6 months. Warranty covers the following;

Defects in Workmanship: Errors in how the woodwork was built/made.
Warrenty incudes Repair or Replacement within 6 months from the date of purchase. We will first attempt to repair/fix item and if not resolved we will replace with new item as it was initally ordered.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or failure to follow proper maintenance.
Proper wood work maintenance includes; painting, sealing, or staining when needed is required to validate the warranty.
NOTE: Due to the characteristics of the wood, stain colors and wood grain vary in each piece.
